What you've been piecing together...
You’ve had the training.
But no one showed you how to bring the body into the room.
Maybe your master’s program focused on theory — but left out what to do when a client goes into shutdown.
Maybe you’ve read about the nervous system… but still feel unsure how to support it in session.
Or maybe you’re the one who feels dysregulated — and you’re craving rhythms and tools that help you stay grounded, too.
You’re not behind.
You’re not missing something everyone else already knows.
You just haven’t been given the full picture yet.
If you’ve ever thought:
✨ “I wish I understood the body side of trauma better…”
✨ “I need regulation skills I can actually use between sessions…”
✨ “I want to support my clients’ nervous systems without burning out…”
This bundle is here to help you start.

What therapists are saying...

Dondra Goldsby
LMFT, CSAT, EMDR, CGT
Resilient Life Counseling
"I've been a therapist for 24 years with several certifications, and I find SWC to be a wonderful complement to my skill set. As a lifelong learner, I cannot deny the power of somatic work. I use it regularly and feel that it's a great asset to my clients."

Michelle Jennings
LPC, CSAT, APTT
Calvert + Associates
"I'm so thankful to be doing SWC as a therapist with Christine. It is helpful to really notice what is going on with my nervous system and support myself. It greatly benefits me and it also benefits my clients. I'm able to be more present with them and hold space for them as I notice my own nervous system. Also the tools I learn in SWC are so helpful to share with my clients."

Sarah Torti
LPC-MHSP, NCC
Sarah Torti Counseling
"SWC has been a great supplement to support my ongoing learning and personal therapy work. It's like a vitamin and a hug for my nervous system and my learner parts."

This is for you if...
Rooted + Resourced was created for the helpers who hold so much — and want to do it in a way that honors their own nervous system, too. This bundle is for you if:
- You're a licensed therapist, intern, or student clinician looking to integrate body-based work with confidence
- You're a seasoned mental health professional who never got much somatic training in grad school — and now feel unsure where to start
- You're a PT, OT, nurse, MD, or other healthcare provider seeking a more trauma-informed, nervous system–aware way of relating to your patients
- You're someone who’s asked yourself, “How do I explain this to my clients in a way that actually makes sense?”
- You're committed to your own regulation and want tools that support you and your caseload
- You're tired of piecing together Instagram posts and CEUs and wish someone would just organize this for you
This is your full year of nervous system support — mapped, explained, and made usable.

Your Guide: Dr. Christine Baker
Hi, I’m Christine — a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Georgia and Alabama with over 13 years of experience in trauma-informed care. I hold a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision, and my work is rooted in somatic, attachment-based, and nervous-system-informed practices.
I’m trained in EMDR, IFS, Polyvagal Theory, and Somatic Experiencing, and I’ve also taught future therapists as an adjunct professor at Richmont Graduate University. But more than anything, I’m a therapist who gets the real-life complexity of doing this work — with clients, and in our own bodies.
That’s why I created this resource: not just to give you education, but to walk alongside you as you integrate it.
I personally teach all the live classes, respond in our Stan community, and stay present with you throughout your year in the collective. Because I don’t think therapists need more information — we need spaces to embody it, ask questions, and keep showing up with care.
You’ll find that here. And I’ll be right here with you.
FAQs About Rooted + Resourced:
- How long do I have access to the content?
- You’ll receive lifetime access to all 12 months of on-demand classes and workbook materials — so you can revisit the content anytime, at your own pace. Your access to the Stan community and live class library lasts for one full year.
- Is this program only for therapists?
- Nope! While it’s designed with therapists in mind, it’s also a supportive resource for social workers, counselors, OTs, PTs, nurses, and medical professionals looking to bring a more trauma-informed, body-based lens into their work.
- What’s included in the bundle?
- You’ll get:
- Lifetime access to all 12 months of on-demand content (videos + workbook pages)
- A full year of membership in the SWC Stan community
- A full year of live class recordings (Q+As, clinician trainings, movement sessions, and guest interviews)
- A Therapist Guide to help you apply the content personally and professionally
- Can I use this for continuing education credit?
- Not at this time. However, many therapists have used it for self-directed continuing education or to meet agency learning goals. We recommend checking with your supervisor or licensing board to confirm eligibility.
- Is this appropriate for graduate students or new therapists?
- Absolutely. If you’re in school or newly licensed and feel underprepared for somatic work, this is a grounding, practical way to build your own regulation tools and gain language to support clients.
- Do you offer group rates for clinics or teams?
- Yes! We offer tiered pricing starting at 20 or more seats. This is ideal for treatment centers, schools, or group practices who want their staff aligned and supported through the same somatic lens. Custom rates available for larger teams — reach out to learn more.
- What if I want to join the monthly version instead?
- Great! SWC is also available as a monthly membership ($57/month). You’ll receive new content every 30 days and access to live support. If you’d rather get everything at once and save in the long run, the bundle is your best option.
- Is this a faith-based program?
- No. While Christine may occasionally share personal practices or reflections informed by her faith, SWC is not a religious program. The content is grounded in neuroscience, somatic theory, and accessible to people of any (or no) faith tradition.
- Do you offer refunds?
- Due to the digital nature of this bundle — which includes lifetime access to the full year of content — all sales are final. If you’re unsure whether it’s a fit, you’re welcome to try the monthly version of SWC before committing to the full bundle.
