What you've been piecing together...
You’ve read the books.
You’ve been to therapy.
You know how important nervous system work is.
But when real life hits... your body still shuts down.
Or spins out.
Or goes numb.
Maybe you’ve tried breathwork or grounding, but it never quite sticks.
Maybe you know what you “should” do, but can’t seem to access it in the moment.
Or maybe you’re just tired of trying so hard to feel better.
You're not broken.
You're not behind.
And you're definitely not the only one.
You just haven’t been given a way to practice this that actually fits your life.
If you’ve ever thought:
✨ “I know this in my head — why can’t I feel it in my body?”
✨ “I need support between sessions, not just in them.”
✨ “I want to feel more like myself again — without having to try so hard.”
This Year of Support was made for you.

This is for you if...
You’ve read The Body Keeps the Score and you’re living it in chronic pain or unexplained symptoms, but you don’t know how to support your body beyond medication
You feel uneasy or anxious when you try to rest, like something bad will happen if you slow down, so you keep pushing through even when you're exhausted
You spend your day holding it together at work or with your kids, and then find yourself staring into space or scrolling because you don’t know how to come back to yourself
You want to try somatic tools, but most feel too complicated, too long, or just not realistic for your life right now
You feel overwhelmed by all the options and information and wish someone would just walk you through it step by step
You’ve done the inner work like therapy, mindset shifts, and self-reflection, but your nervous system still takes over when life gets hard
Your Guide: Dr. Christine Baker
Hi, I’m Christine. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than 13 years of experience supporting people through trauma, stress, and healing. My approach is rooted in somatic work, nervous system education, and deep respect for the body’s wisdom.
I’m trained in EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, IFS, and Polyvagal Theory. But more than that, I’m someone who understands how disorienting it can feel to live in a body that’s always bracing. I’ve spent years learning how to come home to mine — gently, slowly, and without forcing anything.
That’s why I created the Somatic Wellness Collective. Not just to give you tools, but to help you actually use them in the middle of real life.
I lead every live class, respond to your questions inside the community space, and offer steady support throughout your year in the Collective.
You don’t need to try harder.
You just need support that meets you where you are.
You’ll find it here — and I’ll be right here with you.
Frequently Asked Questions:
Can I pay monthly?
Yes. You have two options:
- Use Afterpay on this page to break up your full-year purchase and get access to everything right away
- Join the monthly version of SWC to receive one month of content at a time for $57/month
Choose the option that best fits your pace and needs.
How long do I have access to the content?
You’ll receive lifetime access to all 12 months of nervous system lessons, tools, and prompts. Your access to the live class library and community space lasts for one full year from the day you join.
Is this program just for therapists?
No. While there’s a therapist-specific track available, the SWC annual offer you’re looking at right now was designed for individuals doing their own nervous system work. You don’t need a clinical background to benefit from it.
What’s included in the annual offer?
You’ll get:
• A full year of SWC lessons organized by nervous system state
• Lifetime access to all 12 months of tools, prompts, and practices
• A personalized onboarding voice memo to help you get started
• Access to live class replays for one year
• Optional community support inside the Stan app
What if I only want to try one month?
You can join SWC as a monthly member and receive new content every 30 days. It’s a great way to try it out before committing to the full year.
Is this appropriate if I’m dealing with chronic stress, burnout, or trauma?
Yes. This experience was designed to support nervous system regulation in the middle of real life. Whether you’re navigating work stress, caregiving, long-term fatigue, or a history of trauma, you’ll find tools here that meet you where you are.
Can I use this for continuing education?
Not in an official CEU capacity. However, many people use this as part of their ongoing personal or professional development. If you’re in a field that tracks self-directed learning, you can check with your supervisor or licensing board.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the digital nature of this offer and the fact that you receive lifetime access to the full year of content, all sales are final. If you’re unsure, we recommend trying the monthly version first.
