Why I Created SWC: My Hope of Accessible Healing
Teaching has always been a passion of mine, and I wanted to share my knowledge beyond the walls of academia.
When I discovered the transformative power of nervous system regulation, it changed every aspect of my life. It reduced my professional burnout, accelerated my personal healing journey, and enhanced my relationships with my spouse and children.
I felt compelled to share these life-changing tools with as many people as possible, beyond what I could achieve in one-on-one therapy sessions. By offering this training online, I can provide affordable, accessible support to those seeking healing and growth.
